Using the project board, emergencies can be flagged as “Urgent”. That way emergencies, such as a website going down, are addressed immediately and fixed without long downtime.
Security and status monitoring
Everything in view – once every ten minutes a system checks whether the website is still online; if not, we receive an automatic emergency email. In addition, another system checks whether certain plugins are at a security-critical version level and should be updated immediately.

No rigid packages, no flat fee: you pay exclusively for work actually carried out, at a fixed hourly rate of €93 per hour – transparently governed by the service agreement. This works for small websites where something only rarely comes up, just as well as for high-traffic websites and online shops where there is something to do almost daily.

Updates are carried out as needed and when new versions of WordPress or plugins become available. As a rule, this happens at least once a month.
Are backups included in WordPress maintenance?
Yes, regular backups are an integral part of WordPress maintenance. They protect against data loss and allow for a quick restore.
What happens if my website gets hacked?
First we find the point through which the hack occurred and repair it. Then the damage is assessed and cleaned up. In most cases a backup and a development environment become necessary. For this reason we always set up a development environment of the website at the start of a support engagement.

There is no flat fee: you are billed only for work actually carried out, at a fixed hourly rate of €93 per hour. Do I need WordPress maintenance if I have managed hosting?
Managed hosting often only covers core updates and server backups. Plugin and theme updates, the most common source of errors, are usually not applied in a tested way – this is exactly where my WordPress maintenance with staging tests comes in. Plugin conflicts, individual errors and further development are never included in hosting.
Can I cancel the maintenance contract?
Yes, at any time. There is no minimum term – you do not commit long-term and pay exclusively for work actually carried out.
