  • information about the data we have stored about you and its processing (Art. 15 GDPR),
  • correction of inaccurate personal data (Art. 16 GDPR),
  • deletion of the data we have stored about you (Art. 17 GDPR),
  • restriction of data processing (Art. 18 GDPR),

Collection of general information when visiting our website

When you access our website, general information is automatically collected (server log files), such as browser type, operating system, referrer URL, IP address and time of access. This data is used to ensure a trouble-free connection, system security and technical administration.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a stable and secure web presence). Hosting is provided by Vercel Inc. (USA). A data processing agreement is in place with this provider.

Cookies

Like many other websites, we also use cookies. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your device when you visit our website. In principle, you can use our website without optional cookies.

On your first visit, we ask for your consent for optional categories (statistics, marketing) via a cookie banner. We store your choice locally in your browser.

Contact form

If you send us enquiries via the contact form, the information you provide in the form, including the contact details you enter there, will be stored by us in order to process the enquiry and for follow-up questions. To understand which channel an enquiry came from, your browser remembers, on your first visit, the entry page, the referring page and any campaign parameters of the requested address (utm, gclid) in local storage (localStorage, 90 days). This information leaves your browser only together with an enquiry sent via the contact form and is stored with it. Rejected submissions (e.g. by the spam protection) are logged only with time, reason and page, without personal data.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to enquiries). The data will be deleted no later than 6 months after the enquiry has been processed, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

Web analytics and reach measurement

Insofar as web analytics or tag management services are used on this website, this is done exclusively on the basis of your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). These include, in particular:

  • Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) for evaluating website usage and generating reports. The IP address is processed in anonymised form.
  • Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation, One Microsoft Way, Redmond, WA 98052, USA) for the anonymised analysis of usage behaviour (e. g. heatmaps, click paths), where activated. Clarity only starts after your consent to the “Statistics” category.

Insofar as data is transferred to a third country (e. g. the USA) in this context, we base this transfer on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision by the EU Commission (EU-US Data Privacy Framework). You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future.

GTM, Analytics and Microsoft Clarity are only loaded if you have consented to the “Statistics” category in the cookie banner (or chosen “Accept all”). With “Only necessary”, these services remain switched off.

Marketing and conversion tracking

If you have given your consent, Google Ads conversion tags may also be loaded via the Google Tag Manager in order to measure advertising activities and enable remarketing. The provider is Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC (USA).

Marketing cookies and ads tracking are only loaded if you have consented to the “Marketing” category. You can withdraw or adjust your consent at any time via “Change cookie settings”.

Review widget (Trustindex)

In the footer of this website we display our Google reviews via a widget provided by Trustindex. The provider is Trustindex Ltd., Nyári Pál utca 15, 2724 Újlengyel, Hungary (EU). When a page is opened, the widget is loaded from the provider's servers (cdn.trustindex.io); for technical reasons your IP address is transmitted to Trustindex in the process. According to the provider, the widget does not store any personal data of visitors. The provider is based in the EU; the widget is delivered via the Amazon CloudFront content delivery network (Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL, Luxembourg), which is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Self-hosted fonts

This website uses locally embedded font files (Poppins). No fonts from third-party providers such as Google Fonts are retrieved when the page loads. There is therefore no transfer of data to font providers.

SSL encryption

For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, this site uses SSL/TLS encryption.

Changes to this privacy policy

We reserve the right to amend this privacy policy so that it always complies with current legal requirements or in order to implement changes to our services. The new privacy policy will then apply to your next visit.
