My Visit to WordCamp Vienna 2023

Once again I had the privilege of attending a WordCamp. This time in Vienna. Not only was it an excellent opportunity to network with colleagues from the industry and exchange knowledge, but we also had the chance to enjoy the local cuisine, especially the Wiener Schnitzel.

Volunteering and community engagement

But that's not all. We were not just passive participants; we also volunteered at the help desk. It was extremely fulfilling to give something back to the community by answering questions and sharing our expertise.

A varied program and new contacts

The event offered an extensive program: from interesting talks to hands-on workshops. We heard contributions on topics such as website performance, innovations in the field of artificial intelligence, and the future of WordPress. During the breaks, we used the time to explore charming and historic Vienna.

Furthermore, we were able to exchange ideas with other WordPress enthusiasts, including developers and designers. These new contacts and the exchange of ideas were extremely valuable to us and will certainly help us continue to improve our products.

Volunteering at the help desk was a great experience for us. The opportunity to solve practical problems and guide the participants was a fantastic way to give something back to the community we value so much.

In conclusion, WordCamp Vienna was a complete success for us and WP Bug Detector. We learned a lot, made new friends, and had a wonderful time as volunteers. We are already looking forward to future WordCamps, to keep growing together with this fantastic community.
